Shipping
We can only ship small items via UPS. Please read this carefully:
We'll be glad to ship your small items via UPS (we use UPS exclusively) and shipping and handling fees will be calculated at your checkout.
Large items can be bought online but shipping or trucking won't be included. You'll have to reach our company to buy that service separately.
Not all items that we sell can be transported by UPS. Long rails (anything more than 10') will need special transportation arrangements. The same will be valid if you are planning to buy a large quantity of materials. If you are planning to buy rails or a good quantity of products, please call us at 800-280-7018 and we'll take care of your needs.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: If you are planning to buy large items such as long rails or is considering buying products in quantity, please call us at 800-280-7018 so we can let you know how to proceed.
Returns
If the customer receives a product with some fabrication defect or if we shipped the wrong item...
We'll provide you with a shipping label so you can ship the product with an issue or the wrong product back to us while we send you the replacement.
If the customer decides to return the product
We'll only accept the return of unused materials and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling of the product. We also charge a 15% restocking fee.
