Where do your products come from?

We have factories and suppliers in different countries including China, India, Italy, Germany, Australia, Mexico, and of course, the United States. Most of the materials are designed based on railing standards (according to any Code in the US and international standards), and some of the materials are designed exclusively for our company.

Can you order or get products that are not listed on your website?

Can you bend my rails if I need it curved?

No. We don't work with curved or bent rails.

Can you paint (or powder-coat) my hardware?

Do you also provide installation?

If your installation site is located within the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Ventura County (all in California), your project might be eligible for installation. Please contact our affiliated company in Los Angeles LA Railings for more information:  www.larailings.com.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience. We can also offer other payment methods like cash, check, cashier checks ,and wire transfers. For those, you need to get in touch directly with our sales team. Please call our company for more information.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

A.

Delivery times will depend on your location. If the materials are in stock and no customization is needed, once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected within 10 business days.

Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.
